Pastry Chef (MFNB)

THE MISSION

Just like Mamies cooking when we were children our cooking is generous but high quality . With this in mind you will take part in setting up the pastry dishes (desserts and sweet breaks) and respect Mamas values .

• You will be responsible for the quality of service tidying and cleaning in the kitchen and storing food .
• You will check and ensure that the supplies are in order .
• You will keep the Executive Chef informed of activity and assist him/her with all aspects of pastry-making .
• You will manage and supervise the team of pastry chefs .
• You will comply with hygiene standards and ensure that equipment is used correctly .

• Youre organized and never let yourself get overwhelmed!
• You follow Mamas recipes to the letter: quantity presentation and appreciation its all there!
• You know how to translate her recipes perfectly into technical sheets; Mama leaves that to the pros!
• You know how to identify talent and develop it; red chair and buzzer: its up to you!
• A real driving force your Chef can count on you to motivate and unite the brigade.
• You know how to mobilize the necessary resources at the right time (Human Financial & Administrative) to succeed.
• Versatile you know all the jobs that make up the kitchen inside out. Polyvalent you are thoroughly familiar with all the roles in the kitchen.
