For our Italian office in Milan Amplifonis looking for a talented person to join ourIT Operations team.You will have the opportunity to work in big transformation projects in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving with great empowerment and growth opportunities.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.

Youll be in charge of:

• Supporting the management monitoring and continuous improvement of the IT platforms acting as a valuable IT Business Partner for the main business functions
• Contributing to the design implementation and enhancement of Target Operating Models
• Collaborating with external consulting companies to steer activities
• Being the point of contact for the Global IT team
• Interfacing with local business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide support
• Serving as a focal point for IT issues management conducting root cause analysis

You are the right person if you:

• Have a bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Are fluent in English and in Italian (at least B2) both written and spoken
• Have a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate complexity
• Are able to manage multiple tasks and set clear priorities
• Have a proactive and curious attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
