Position Summary
We are seeking for a candidate for an internship who will support in the following activities:
- Perform periodically inventory of stock cycle count handling inventory discrepancies between physical and financial values .
- Monitor transaction integrity.
- Support the management on KPI analysis.
- Analyze and solve any stock issues.
- Analyze root cause of daily inventory adjustments.
- Assist in automating and integrating corporate cross-functions such as inventory control procurement distribution manufacturing and project management.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day business activities across the Operations.
- Support Manager and the team in business process improvements implementing best practices and fully utilizing ERP system capabilities.
- Monitor and identify problems in any of ERP system everyday.
- Support the launch of new products and sustaining projects.
- Work closely with Planning Master Data Tech Sourcing Manufacturing Manufacturing Engineering Quality Warehouse Logistics Regulatory R&D.
Education Degree
Bachelors Degree
Required Competencies
- Leadership skills and attitude.
- Good computer skills: ability to input retrieve and analyze data and experience with ERP systems and MS Office applications is beneficial.
- Critical thinking problem solving and skills.
- Able to think end to end when dealing with challenges and opportunities.
- Able to prioritize within multiple day-to-day activities and projects.
