Food&Beverage Intern Casa Brera

Casa Brera a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International is currently recruiting Food and Beverage Intern.

Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service in any of our outlet.

• This is full-time position 5 days a week with 2 days off.
• The starting date is estimated in July/August/September

What youll do

• Support the F&B team in the daily operations of restaurants bars in-room dining and special events.
• Welcome and assist guests in a professional courteous and personalized manner.
• Learn and consistently apply Marriott International and Luxury Collection service standards.
• Assist with outlet setup and breakdown including mise en place and table preparations.
• Support food and beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Contribute to creating memorable and personalized guest experiences.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness organization and compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations.
• Develop knowledge of menus beverage offerings and local culinary experiences to confidently engage with guests.

What youll need:

• Passion for hospitality food and beverage service.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Hospitality Management Tourism Food & Beverage Management or a related field.
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• At good knowledge of Italian and English.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
