Sowroom & PR Intern

WHAT YOULL DO
As a Showroom & PR intern you will support the Communications & Showroom team in daily activities helping to maintain the showroom to the highest Brand standards and contributing to PR projects. You will assist with garment send-outs sample management and showroom operations while gaining insight into fashion trends media relations and brand-building initiatives that help elevate H&Ms brand visibility.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the PR and Communications team with local fashion PR activities primarily in the showroom to elevate the brand and the experience of the brand.
• Driving samples management including working with relevant systems optimizing results by proactively and reactively handling requests and send outs managing courier deliveries.
• Managing visual presentation in the showroom with current garments and products.
• Coordinating internal sample sales in accordance with our policy on purchases/lending products from showrooms.
• Driving general office administration duties e.g. couriers and showroom suppliers management.
• Maintaining the garment stock in an orderly and organized way.

WHO YOULL WORK WITH
You will work closely with the PR and Communications team as well as the Fashion team supporting them in identifying maintaining and building relationships with fashion journalists stylists influencers celebrities and other key opinion leaders.

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with...

• A formal education with Communication &/or Marketing.
• Fashion background.
• Previous experience in Communications within the fashion industry or at an agency is preferred

• Passionate about fashion content creation and community building.
• Aware of the importance of community and relationship building with fashion insiders ambassadors media VIPs and influencers.
• Excellent communicator with fluent English and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Methodical organized analytical and solution-oriented in their approach to work.

This is a 6-month internship opportunity based at our Milan office located at Via Turati 9 with the possibility of a further 6-month extension.
