What youll be doing

As our Head of Wealth Operations youll play a key role in operationalizing and scaling the delivery of our B2B wealth coaching service ensuring quality efficiency and growth.
This is an opportunity to lead within a high-growth constantly evolving environment a challenge perfectly suited for an executive ready to navigate and shape change at scale and contribute to something this role embodying ownership and a commitment to craving impact you will be expected to deliver significant results by:

• Operationalize the channel - Design implement and continuously improve the processes workflows and tools that enable our team of financial coaches to deliver high-quality coaching at scale.

• Build and lead the team - Hire onboard train and manage a growing team of financial coaches and trainers. Define the training model and build internal capabilities to reduce dependency on external providers.

• Own operational KPIs - Define and monitor the metrics that matter NPS number of coachings delivered team capacity and productivity.

• Ensure service quality - Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into operational processes scripts workflows and controls enabling the evolution of the financial training model.

• Partner with Business & Tech - Collaborate with the Growth and Tech teams on CRM setup and tooling to support service delivery and client management.

You will lead and mentor high-performing teams collaborate closely with peers with structured communication and transparency demonstrating a commitment to integrity and ownership.

We are seeking a proven leader with a distinguished track record of success in driving strategic initiatives and achieving significant business growth within relevant sectors. You will lead by example combining ambition with purpose drive impactful results and cultivate ownership and continuous improvement in our dynamic environment.

• Solid operations management background - Process design workflow optimization capacity planning and flawless execution.

• Proven people management experience - A track record of successfully hiring training and coaching high-performing teams.

• Pragmatic implementation-oriented mindset - You are a hands-on builder who simply gets things done.

• Financial industry fluency - A basic understanding of wealth and financial services (you dont need to be a financial advisor but you need to speak the language fluently).

• CRM & Tech Savviness - Familiarity with CRM systems and a clear vision of how to leverage them operationally to support service delivery.

• Regulatory Translation - The ability to seamlessly translate complex regulatory and compliance requirements into operational processes and practical team workflows.

• Strategic planning exposure - Exposure to strategic planning or business development contexts is considered a distinct plus.

Initial salary: Starting from 80000 gross per annum
This baseline is set using objective gender-neutral criteria for the roles core requirements. However we do not believe in putting a ceiling on talent. The final compensation package is tailored according to your unique experience and expertise. If your skills go beyond the standard profile apply anyway so we can discuss a package that reflects your true value.
