The Cloud Platform Operations Engineer AWS is responsible for the hands-on operation of the Imaging & Informatics cloud platform.
Your role:
- Ensure day-to-day operation deployment and maintenance of cloud infrastructure and platform services with high reliability and uptime.
- Work closely with Cloud Operations Readiness Lead product engineering teams and service organization to ensure stable production environments.
- Develop expertise in AWS operations Infrastructure-as-Code automation and monitoring contributing to platform scalability and operational efficiency improvements.
- Provision and manage AWS infrastructure and platform services including configuration scaling patching and upgrades.
- Monitor environments and troubleshoot production issues perform root cause analysis and resolve critical incidents to ensure service continuity.
Youre the right fit if you have :
- 510 years in cloud/platform operations strong hands-on experience with AWS production environments and incident management.
- Strong knowledge of AWS (EC2 VPC S3 IAM monitoring) Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) CI/CD pipelines scripting (Python/Bash) and production troubleshooting.
- a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes monitoring tools (CloudWatch Grafana Prometheus Datadog) and strong automation mindset with focus on reliability and continuous improvement.
