Wellbeing Manager (Parental leave)

Were looking for a Wellbeing Manager (Parental leave) to join our BeWix team. This isnt a traditional wellbeing role and it isnt a traditional production role either. Its a hands-on role that combines both.

As part of the BeWix team youll create and deliver employee experiences that strengthen culture connection and wellbeing across a global organization. Youll own projects end-to-end  from identifying opportunities and developing concepts to producing them on the ground managing vendors budgets and logistics communication measurement and continuous improvement.

Youll work at the intersection of strategy creativity production operations and technology using AI as a core part of your daily workflow. 

Heres what youll do: 

• Design and lead global wellbeing initiatives from concept to execution.
• Create meaningful employee experiences that align with business priorities and company culture.
• Partner with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and deliver impactful programs.
• Manage projects end-to-end including planning timelines budgets logistics and vendor relationships.
• Write clear engaging communications and presentations for different audiences.
• Use AI to research brainstorm automate workflows accelerate execution and improve quality.
• Build scalable processes playbooks and operational frameworks that make the team more efficient.
• Analyze results gather feedback and continuously improve programs based on data and insights.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution- no task is too big or too small.

Qualifications :

Were looking for someone whos creative strategic and ready to roll up their sleeves. Heres what youll need: 

• 35 years of experience in roles like employee experience wellbeing event productions. 
• proven track record of leading complex projects from start to finish 
• Experience managing budgetsvendorsand juggling multiple moving parts 
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills 
• AI-native curious and eager to experiment with new tools and technologies.
• Experience in a fast-paced global environment is a big plus
