Track Construction Team Leader

The Track Construction Team Leader is responsible for leading supervising and coordinating daily track construction activities. The position is accountable for workforce coordination execution planning safety quality schedule performance and full responsibility for site logistics materials inventory tools and equipment control.

Lead and supervise daily track construction activities.
Allocate manpower and distribute work assignments.
Monitor progress and achievement of project objectives.
Ensure compliance with safety quality and project requirements.
Coordinate activities between work fronts and project interfaces.
Report progress and operational issues.
Manage logistics activities within assigned work areas.
Request and collect materials tools and equipment from warehouses.
Manage inventory levels at construction sites.
Control issuance tracking and return of tools and equipment.
Coordinate movement of materials and equipment between locations.

Mandatory: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Desirable: Technical education or vocational certification.

Mandatory: Experience leading and coordinating work teams understanding of logistics inventory management and operational planning.

Leadership and people management skills.
Strong organizational and planning capability.
Technical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
English proficiency including reading writing and speaking.
Ability to work under pressure.
Diligence initiative and accountability.
