To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
Testers & Calibration systems technical support
- Deliver technical support for Testers & Calibration systems both remotely and onsite.
- Provide remote assistance via email phone and remote access tools to global manufacturing and development sites.
- Conduct hands-on activities including system installations upgrades and repairs.
- Analyze system data to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Qualification of internal and external users of the systems
Tooling calibration System/ Parts inspection and functionality tests
- preform gold tool production
- System/ Parts incoming functionality tests.
- Finish good acceptance test at subcontractors sites
Participate in Life Cycle Management Eng. Activities
- POD V&V Qualification
- Calibration Data analysis
- ECOs execution Process definition documentation preparation and update
General
- Performs other duties assigned as needed
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required for this position:
. in Exact Sciences or Practical Engineering with relevant experience At least 5 years of Minimum experience in:
- Engineering and test equipment
- Field service operations
- Supply chain and manufacturing environments
- Experience in the medical device industry is a strong advantage.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Technical proficiency with basic software knowledge.
- Ability to support manufacturing and debug complex systems.
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
- Self-motivated independent and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
PERSONAL COMPETENCIES
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Capable of guiding technical teams both onsite and remotely.
- Willingness to travel to Integra or vendor sites (approx. one week per quarter).
- Strong proficiency in English both written and verbal communication.
