Senior PR&D Program Manager
Job Summary
As part of our continued growth we are looking for a talented Program Manager with a strong background in building growing and leading program management for SaaS products to join our team.
Program managers at AppsFlyer bring clarity and visibility to the entire organization by applying effective processes defining best practices continuously identifying gaps and pushing to improve them.
This role goes beyond a single transformation; it is about orchestrating complex cross-functional initiatives that shape the future of AppsFlyer. You will lead large-scale execution efforts scale collaboration across R&D Product and GTM and drive alignment on high-impact programs. You will also mentor and coach R&D and Product leaders ensuring they adopt best-in-class program management practices to scale our efforts successfully.
This is a strategic high-visibility role at the heart of AppsFlyers future.
What youll do
- Be a part of the unit leadership and facilitate PR&D strategy and methodologies definition
- Lead (hands on) complex multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your program management expertise
- Be part of AppsFlyer program management guild aim to shape and align our software delivery processes
- Define and implement the unit metrics and KPIs
- Coach our teams for excellence using agile methodologies and make sure they know that they are on track
- Facilitate the unit quarterly planning and QPR processes
- Identify opportunities to apply AI/automation to program management workflows (planning reporting risk tracking retrospectives) and drive their adoption across the unit
What you have
- Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment with the strategic thinking to lead change across a complex organization
- 5 years of program management experience within an engineering and product environment on SaaS products
- Experience in leading large-scale projects and working through a complete product cycle (from initial design through post-release sustainment) in large scale organizations (500 R&D and Product)
- Deep understanding of Agile program management methodologies JIRA and the Atlassian stack
- Mentoring and coaching skills
- Can embrace change effectively handle ambiguity and help others understand and cope with changes
- Working familiarity with AI tools relevant to program management (e.g. Claude ChatGPT Copilot or similar) and a track record of using them to speed up planning reporting or documentation
- Basic understanding of data infrastructure and pipelines (how data flows from product/engineering systems into dashboards and BI tools) - enough to spot where automation or better data can remove manual work
- A hands-on figure-it-out-yourself mentality - comfortable prototyping a solution testing a tool or building a lightweight dashboard rather than just specing it for someone else

- Experience introducing or scaling AI-powered tools/workflows within an R&D Product org
