Senior DevOps Engineer

Elementor is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help shape the infrastructure behind our global multi-product platform. Youll take ownership of critical cloud systems guide architectural decisions and work closely with R&D to make delivery safer faster and more reliable.

Youll build and evolve our multi-cloud infrastructure Kubernetes platforms CI/CD systems and observability capabilities. Youll also help bring AI-native tools and automation into our engineering workflows.

What youll do

• Own and evolve infrastructure that supports Elementors products at global scale improving its security resilience performance and cost efficiency.
• Lead the design and implementation of cloud architectures across GCP and AWS.
• Build and maintain production-grade Kubernetes platforms including GKE and EKS and improve their reliability and operational efficiency.
• Set technical direction for CI/CD and infrastructure as code enabling teams to deliver changes safely and consistently.
• Partner with R&D teams to improve developer experience through automation internal platforms and AI-enabled engineering tools.
• Strengthen observability and incident readiness through effective monitoring alerting and operational practices.
• Identify systemic risks and bottlenecks lead improvements and share expertise across the engineering organization.

Requirements:

What youll bring

• 5 years of experience in DevOps SRE or platform engineering including ownership of production systems.
• 3 years of hands-on Kubernetes experience in production.
• Strong experience with at least one major cloud providerGCP or AWSand the ability to design and operate cloud infrastructure.
• A track record of building and operating reliable highly available services.
• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions Jenkins.
• Strong infrastructure-as-code experience ideally with Terraform.
• A systems mindset: you can weigh trade-offs diagnose complex issues and turn recurring operational problems into lasting improvements.
• Clear communication skills and experience working across engineering teams.

Its a plus if you have

• Experience supporting 24/7 services incident response or on-call operations.
• Experience developing Kubernetes operators or controllers.
• Familiarity with AI agents and applying AI to engineering workflows.
• Experience operating MySQL MongoDB or Redis in production.
• Experience improving infrastructure cost capacity planning and performance.
