Job Summary
Forter is looking for a Recovery Analyst Student to join our team and help increase our merchants margins by fighting fraud chargebacks.
As a member of our growing Recoveries team you will build and submit dispute cases to recover funds on behalf of our merchants. Youll work hands-on across payment platform portals track each case through to its outcome and help us keep our success rates high. Most of our process is automated and this role owns the part that still requires a person.
We are looking for a results-driven person with strong attention to detail a high sense of responsibility and a strong teamwork mentality.
- Become an expert in fraud chargebacks and recovery.
- Manage end-to-end dispute workflows directly across multiple payment platform portals.
- Track update and maintain accurate dispute statuses to ensure seamless operational tracking.
- Monitor chargeback outcomes to identify recurring patterns and support team performance improvements.
- Contribute ideas to improve our performance and streamline and automate our processes using AI tools.
- A Bachelors student in an analytical field (Industrial Engineering or similar) with at least 3 semesters left.
- Highly organized and responsible with strong attention to detail and the discipline to stay accurate on high-volume work.
- Able to follow structured processes and instructions and to work independently when needed.
- A goal-oriented problem solver who works well with the team.
- A strong communicator with fluent English.
- Highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Available for a 50% position (2.5 days a week) with at least 2 days a week working from our Tel Aviv offices.
