HyperGuest is building a direct frictionless B2B distribution network for the hospitality industry. By connecting hoteliers directly with travel providers we eliminate middleman fees and enable real-time travel transactions at scale.


The Role

We are looking for a core Product Manager to own and drive key product initiatives at HyperGuest. This is a holistic product role focused on expanding our business value network features and user capabilities. Considering that HyperGuest lives in a complex multi-party ecosystem connected to hundreds of third-party systems you must be thoroughly comfortable operating in an API-centric environment. You will lead cross-functional product strategy balancing core product growth with a deep understanding of how third-party data flows impact end-user experiences.



Responsibilities:


  • Product Strategy & Delivery: Own the product lifecycle from vision through execution defining features that unlock commercial value and drive network growth.
  • Requirements & R&D Collaboration: Partner closely with R&D to define detailed requirements specifications user stories logic flows and acceptance criteria.
  • Ecosystem-Aware Discovery: Translate user and business needs into functional product designs factoring in how third-party API dependencies non-standard data schemas and latency impact product behaviour.
  • Feature Optimization: Analyze platform performance user adoption and transaction flows to identify product friction points and iterate continuously.

Requirements:

  • Core Product Track Record: 4 years of PM experience delivering impactful B2B platforms SaaS products or multi-sided marketplaces.
  • R&D & Specification Expertise: Proven experience collaborating closely with R&D teams to write detailed requirements specifications and hands-on participation across the full development lifecycle.
  • API-Centric System Comfort: Strong mental model of how API-driven ecosystems function enabling you to collaborate effortlessly with engineers on architectural trade-offs.
  • Complex Workflow Mastery: Exceptional talent for breaking down intricate multi-party business logic into intuitive scalable product features.
  • Domain Context (Plus): Background in travel tech hospitality systems fintech platforms or transaction-heavy networks.
