Job Summary
Product Manager
Were Mint - we build digital products for some of the leading brands in Israel.
Were looking for a Product Manager who owns products end-to-end and thrives when no two days look the same.
Lead products from discovery to launch - defining strategy owning the roadmap and translating business goals into clear product requirements
Run multiple projects in parallel using Agile/Scrum managing timelines risks and stakeholders
Work with clients - understanding their needs leading status meetings and turning conversations into actionable specs
Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure on-time high-quality delivery
About you
3-5 years of product management experience ideally in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira and Monday
Strong product sense - you think in business value user needs and success metrics
Excellent written specs - you make the complex simple
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and juggling multiple projects
Fluent Hebrew and English-Big plus
AI orientation: you actually use Claude GPT your day-to-day and know how to bring them into product work and workflows
Experience shipping GenAI-based features or products
Background in a digital agency or project-based company
