Job Summary

We are looking for a Platform and DevOps Team Lead. The team owns Pangos AWS organization and production environment.


You will guide the next stage of our platform by expanding developer self-service growing the Pango AI Portal and delivering valuable AI capabilities across Pango.


***The role is open to experienced Team Leads and accomplished Tech Leads ready to move into people leadership. The balance between leadership and hands-on contribution will reflect the roles priorities and your experience.



Responsibilities:
  • Lead coach and develop the Platform and DevOps team.
  • Own Pangos AWS organization and drive its architecture reliability security governance and operational excellence.
  • Build a focused roadmap for cloud infrastructure CI/CD observability automation and developer self-service.
  • Grow the AI Portal and advance AI-enabled capabilities across engineering and the wider organization.
  • Partner with multiple R&D teams and lead delivery with our external engineering and cloud partner.

Requirements:

  • Proven technical leadership in complex production environments including leading significant initiatives and guiding engineers across team boundaries.
  • Deep AWS experience with business-critical systems and complex or multi-account environments- Must Requirement.
  • Strong DevOps expertise across Infrastructure as Code CI/CD automation observability incident response and scripting or programming.
  • Production experience with Kubernetes ideally Amazon EKS and sound architectural judgment.
  • Experience building reusable infrastructure or platform capabilities adopted by multiple engineering teams.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to set technical direction and align engineers stakeholders and external partners.
