Payroll Accountant

Were looking for an experienced payroll accountant to join our Payroll team. Youll take ownership of the end-to-end payroll process ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations while partnering closely with HR Finance managers and employees. In your day-to-day you will:  

• Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process  

• Own all payroll-related aspects of the employee lifecycle including onboarding employment changes offboarding and final settlements  

• Work extensively with the Hilan payroll system  

• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations  

• Provide professional support and guidance to employees regarding payroll inquiries

Qualifications :

• 4 years of experience as a payroll accountant  

• Significant hands-on experience working with the Hilan payroll system (required)  

• Proven experience managing the payroll process end-to-end  

• High level of English (written and spoken)  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel  

• Knowledge of Israeli labor laws and pension regulations  

• Relevant certifications such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent an advantage  

• Strong understanding of the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding and final settlements
