Operation Manager (Temp) Channels

As an Operations Manager youll lead plan and facilitate the execution of strategic and operational initiatives ensuring cross-functional alignment and operational excellence. Youll work closely with teams across Wix to streamline processes improve workflows and drive impactful your day-to-day you will

Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy and planning through execution and delivery
Translate business needs and gaps into scalable processes systems and operational solutions
Collaborate with Product Engineering Data Sales Marketing Finance and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless operations
Design lean business processes improving workflows and operational systems with a focus on scalability and efficiency
Use data KPIs and business insights to identify opportunities and drive decisions
Manage dependencies priorities risks and timelines across multiple teams

Qualifications :

4 years of experience in Business Operations Technical Program Management Strategy & Operations Product Operations or a related role preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company
Strong understanding of B2B business models SaaS partner ecosystems and/or channel operations
Proven experience designing lean business processes and improving workflows with a focus on scalability without the overhead
Strong analytical skills and experience using data KPIs and business insights to identify opportunities and drive decisions
Excellent project and stakeholder management skills including managing dependencies priorities risks and timelines across multiple teams
Native-level English and strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
Bonus: Experience working with international teams and multi-cultural dynamics
