Office Manager

Mize is a Fintech-travel start-up that uses high-end technology to solve some of the huge challenges of the evolving travel industry and provide real financial value to our network of clients including more than 130 international clients generating $12 Billion in sales annually.

Our headquarters are in Tel Aviv and we have offices in Argentina Spain the UK the US and India. Each team member is an all-around player that influences the product from the overall experience to the development and youll be no different.

We are looking for an organized proactive and people-focused Office Manager to join our this role you will ensure smooth day-to-day office operations in our Tel Aviv Office

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive and welcoming work environment.
• Manage relationships with vendors suppliers cleaning and maintenance services.
• Handle office supplies equipment needs shipping and deliveries.
• Coordinate with IT HR and Finance on logistics onboarding needs and space planning.
• Organize in office company events meetings and in-office experiences (meals birthdays holiday décor).
• Serve as the main point of contact for visitors and office inquiries.
• NetSuites day to day operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in office management
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace Slack Zoom or similar platforms.
• High attention to detail and a no-task-too-small attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to create a warm fun and professional environment.
