As a IT Engineer on our Cloud Engineering team youll be the linchpin for operational excellence ensuring our infrastructure runs smoothly and our team members have seamless technical experiences. Youll own critical IT operations directly impacting system stability and team efficiency and freeing up senior engineers for high-impact strategic initiatives. This is a hands-on role where youll be deeply integrated into the daily rhythm of one of Fiverrs core engineering departments.

• Lead and own the end-to-end technical onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring seamless transitions for new hires and secure departures for departing team members.
• Proactively manage and execute routine systems maintenance for IT infrastructure and office hardware aiming to prevent downtime before it impacts operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT requests independently resolving common issues and expertly escalating complex problems to senior technical resources.
• Deeply embed yourself within the Cloud Engineering teams daily routines and meetings to anticipate needs and provide timely relevant IT support.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to streamline IT processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Continuously identify opportunities to optimize proactive system upkeep and user lifecycle management.
