• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for your assigned unit offering real-time guidance on all people matters.
• Champion and execute local engagement initiatives that align with and strengthen our company culture across your assigned unit.
• Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle including hands-on recruitment onboarding performance management and development.
• Proactively identify and address organizational gaps or employee relations issues ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Use data and AI to make smarter faster people decisions.

• You are skilled in hands-on recruitment and learning & development initiatives fostering talent growth within teams.
• You possess exceptional issue resolution capabilities and a proactive approach to maintaining a positive organizational climate.
• Knows how to create and work with AI agents and assistants.

AI tools will be leveraged to streamline administrative tasks analyze employee data for trends and enhance recruitment processes. Youll utilize these tools to gain insights and improve efficiency allowing you to focus your energy on strategic initiatives complex problem-solving and building meaningful relationships within your assigned unit.
