Embedded SW Engineer, Annapurna Labs

We are looking for experienced Embedded Software Engineers to join our growing Israel-based teams in Tel Aviv and Haifa.

Key job responsibilities
- Design develop and optimize embedded software (firmware device drivers bare-metal and RTOS applications) for Annapurna Labs next-generation custom hardware.

- Work at the hardware-software boundary bring up new silicon develop low-level drivers and enable high-performance data paths that serve millions of AWS customers.

- Collaborate with hardware engineers architects and cross-functional teams to define system-level requirements and translate them into robust production-quality code.

- Drive technical decisions on architecture performance tuning and system design for latency-sensitive high-throughput embedded platforms.

- Continuously raise the bar on code quality testing and operational excellence in a fast-paced innovation-driven environment.

- . in Computer Science Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5 years of professional experience in embedded software development.
- Strong proficiency in **C** (and/or C) with deep understanding of low-level systems programming.
- Hands-on experience developing firmware device drivers or bare-metal / RTOS applications for embedded systems including direct hardware interaction.
- Solid understanding of computer architecture fundamentals (memory hierarchy caches interrupts DMA bus protocols).

- Experience with HW/SW interfaces at both the board and chip level.
- Knowledge of SoC development lifecycle silicon bring-up validation and productization.
- Experience with Linux kernel development (kernel modules device drivers subsystems).
- Familiarity with networking protocols and data-path development (Ethernet TCP/IP RDMA DPDK).
- Exposure to hardware/software co-design performance profiling and optimization.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure or large-scale distributed systems.
- Track record of technical leadership cross-team collaboration and mentoring
