Job Description:
- Support the Cost Performance teams day-to-day activities developing high-quality analysis aligned with the Operational Work Plan.
- Contribute to cost planning processes by maintaining data accuracy providing analysis and supporting the identification of risks and opportunities.
- Assist in ensuring timely delivery of budgets forecasts and JV requirements with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with operational and functional stakeholders to support accurate Value of Work Done (WOWD) timely cost recognition and variance analysis against previous actual results.
- Maintain and apply established standards for progress measurement assumptions and governance to ensure data integrity and transparency.
- Support continuous improvement efforts including process enhancements and digital tools to improve forecasting efficiency and data quality.
- Prepare regular management reports by consolidating financial and operational data into clear summaries and insights.
Requirements:
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelors degree
- Proficient use of Excel
- Excellent English writing and verbal skills
- High standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized detail-oriented and mindful of deadlines
- Ability to work independently self-learn and to adapt to a fast-changing environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and highest level of integrity
- Highly motivated with ability to learn quickly
- Attention to details and problem-solving ability
- Team player
