AI Adoption & Enablement Student

Description -

We are looking for a motivated and technology oriented student to support AI adoption and enablement initiatives across the organization.

In this role you will help drive the adoption of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI solutions support the tracking of AI initiatives engage internal communities and help business teams identify and develop valuable AI use cases.

The role offers hands-on exposure to AI transformation project coordination change management and emerging technologies in a large global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the tracking and reporting of the organizations AI project portfolio including progress milestones and key metrics.

  • Monitor AI adoption and engagement data and prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

  • Support internal AI and Copilot communities by coordinating events workshops communications and knowledge-sharing activities.

  • Develop and deliver training materials user guides and hands-on sessions to help employees effectively use AI tools.

  • Collaborate with business teams to identify document and prioritize potential AI use cases.

  • Gather user feedback and identify opportunities to improve AI adoption and user experience.

  • Support selected AI initiatives and projects working with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Current student pursuing a bachelors degree in information systems Computer Science Industrial Engineering Data Science or a related field.

  • Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot ChatGPT Claude or similar tools.

  • Basic understanding of generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

  • Ability to work independently learn quickly and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.

  • Experience creating presentations training materials or workshops.

  • Experience with community activities technology initiatives or project coordination.

  • Basic experience with data analysis reporting or dashboards.
