Role: Site Manager
Client:Main Contractor
Project:Hospitality
Essentials:Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering or Construction Management; 4 years experience as a Site Manager in Ireland Safe Pass Manual Handling Cert.
Location:Co. Meath
Salary:80000 - 90000

- Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations ensuring all works are delivered safely on time and in line with specifications
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors trades and direct labour to maintain productivity and programme adherence
- Track project progress ensuring all activities comply with drawings specifications and programme milestones
- Enforce health & safety standards in accordance with company policies and statutory regulations
- Uphold high-quality standards through routine inspections and quality control procedures
- Collaborate with the Project Manager Quantity Surveyor Engineers and design team to coordinate activities and resolve on-site issues
- Manage site logistics including materials and plant ensuring efficient procurement and utilisation of resources
- Maintain accurate daily site records and progress reports ensuring clear communication with senior management
- Support the identification and management of variations in collaboration with the commercial team
- Lead site meetings daily briefings and toolbox talks to ensure effective communication and site coordination
