Job Summary
Role: Project Manager
Client:Leading Main Contractor
Projects: Vary from commercial to pharma and residential
Essentials: 7 years construction experience ; Degree in Engineering Construction Management or similar ; Proven track record delivering large-scale commercial or industrial projects ; Strong commercial programme and stakeholder management skills.
Location: Projects in and around Cork city
Salary: 80000 - 100000

Reporting into: Contracts Manager
- Lead the delivery of a major commercial construction project from inception through to completion.
- Manage and motivate the project team driving performance across safety quality programme and commercial objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients consultants subcontractors and key project stakeholders.
- Oversee project planning sequencing and programme management to ensure milestones and completion dates are achieved.
- Drive a strong health safety environmental and quality culture across the project.
- Manage procurement subcontractor packages and supplier appointments in line with project requirements.
- Work closely with the commercial team to monitor budgets manage costs and maximise project performance.
- Provide accurate reporting forecasting and progress updates while leading client and project review meetings.
