Required
- Program Delivery & Governance: Own end-to-end delivery of multi-site SAP programs implementations/rollouts Development AMS etc. ensuring adherence to scope time quality and budget.
- Commercial & P&L Management: Manage Statement of Work (SoW) financials billing milestones vendor/contractor performance and change request management.
- Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as the primary executive escalation point for clients steering committees and strategic third-party partners.
- Resource & Risk Management: Establish PMO operations (tracking RAID logs dependencies and quality gates) drive capacity planning and lead global delivery teams.
- Pre-Sales & Practice Support: Assist Sales with scoping assessments resource estimations solution proposals and client presentations.
Preferred
- Domain Knowledge: Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture core business processes and deployment methodologies (SAP Activate).
- Leadership & Soft Skills: Exceptional cross-functional team management conflict resolution and executive-level communication skills.
- Certifications: PMP PRINCE2 or official SAP Activate/S/4HANA certifications are strongly preferred.
