- Recognised qualification at NQF Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience as a Motor Mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and electrical repair ability
- Conversational English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of workmanship

Job Overview
The Motor Mechanic will be responsible for inspecting diagnosing repairing and servicing a wide range of vehicles to ensure performance reliability and customer satisfaction. This role offers long-term stability and the opportunity to develop within a well-established automotive team.
The Motor Mechanic will be responsible for inspecting diagnosing repairing and servicing a wide range of vehicles to ensure performance reliability and customer satisfaction. This role offers long-term stability and the opportunity to develop within a well-established automotive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic checks test drives and inspections to identify faults
- Repair and replace defective parts systems and components as required
- Carry out maintenance checks on filters brakes and other key systems
- Diagnose electrical and electronic issues and install or replace components
- Perform clutch replacements timing belt repairs and general mechanical maintenance
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve complex vehicle issues
- Ensure all work meets company quality safety and documentation standards
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace in line with health and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Recognised qualification at NQF Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on post-qualification experience
- Strong mechanical diagnostic and electrical repair knowledge
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- EU or UK passport or existing right to live and work in Ireland
