Lead maintenance strategy and projects within a busy FMCG manufacturing site
The Role
Lead and manage the site maintenance department and engineering team
Oversee and continuously improve the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme
Ensure efficient response to equipment breakdowns and minimise downtime
Drive maintenance best practice and continuous improvement initiatives
Lead engineering and capital projects from planning through to completion
Monitor equipment performance and implement reliability improvements

The Person
