Logistics Coordinator
Dublin- Furry Park
Mon-Fri 08.00-16.30 37.5 hours per week
40.000-45.000 per annum

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Control Tower Team providing best-in-class operational support to our Customers. This role provides continuous professional development for the successful candidate in their career journey. As a Control Tower Logistics Coordinator you will work as part of a team focused on operational service delivery interacting with customers daily driving relationships and ensuring our Customer needs are met.

What will you be doing

Understand our customers needs and deliver a high-quality service every time
Coordinate shipments from booking through to delivery across air road ocean and specialist shipments (including high-value and secure movements)
Track shipment progress and provide clear timely updates and reporting
Manage any issues or delays finding practical solutions to keep shipments moving smoothly
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and positive team
Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to create effective partnerships

About You

Previous experience in a similar role within Transport Logistics -essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Team player who enjoys working on your own initiative
