Were hiring on behalf of a leading engineering and design consultancy delivering complex mechanical building services across major construction projects.

The role: Own the Revit model from schematic design through to fully coordinated constructible 3D layouts. Lead mechanical services coordination across all disciplines manage a remote modelling team and act as a genuine client-facing representative not someone who hides behind the model.

What youll actually be doing:
Owning the Revit model accuracy completeness and version control maintained throughout the entire project lifecycle
Translating schematic design into detailed constructible 3D models that actually represent design intent
Generating Revit files for issuance that meet project standards and client requirements every time not just when its checked
Leading full mechanical services coordination integrating with electrical architectural structural and other disciplines
Identifying tracking and resolving clashes through systematic coordination reviews
Presenting model updates and coordination solutions in internal and external meetings confidently not just talking through slides
Acting as the client-facing voice on design decisions progress and coordination status
Managing a remote team workload planning quality oversight and technical support for junior and external modellers
Developing isometrics in Revit to support fabrication-ready outputs and clearer mechanical installations
Contributing to digital workflow development modelling technique improvements and ongoing model audits

What we need:
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit with proven experience on complex mechanical services models
The ability to interpret schematic designs and convert them into accurate coordinated 3D models not just copy whats given
A solid understanding of BIM processes multidisciplinary coordination and MEP design principles
Confident communication skills this role is client-facing not back-room only
Experience managing remote or distributed teams
Real knowledge of mechanical/HVAC systems building services design and construction workflows

The reality of the role: This isnt a role where you just build the model and hand it off. You own it end to end coordination client conversations team management and quality. If you want a role where youre heads-down in Revit with no client contact this probably isnt it. If you want ownership of the full mechanical coordination process and a seat at the table when decisions get made it is.
