Job Summary
We are delighted to be hiring on behalf of our client an international law firm who are seeking an experienced Legal PA to join their Projects & Construction team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-performing and collaborative environment supporting senior fee earners on a range of complex and high-value matters.
- Join a leading international law firm in Dublin
- Work within a busy Projects & Construction team
- Hybrid working with an excellent salary and benefits package
- Provide high-level PA support to partners and fee earners within the Projects & Construction team
- Manage complex diaries meetings and international travel arrangements
- Prepare format and proofread legal documents reports and presentations
- Act as a key point of contact for clients contractors and internal stakeholders
- Assist with billing time recording and matter management
- Support transaction coordination and project administration
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Legal PA within a busy legal or professional services environment
- Experience supporting a Projects Construction Real Estate or Corporate team desirable
- Strong organisational and diary management skills
- Excellent document production and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal systems
- Proactive professional and team-oriented approach
