We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for a leading nursing home in Co Dublin Ireland.

Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain high-quality person-centred care for all residents.
Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day operational management of the nursing home.
Lead supervise and support staff to promote best practice and regulatory compliance.
Administer medications and carry out general nursing duties as required.
Ensure full compliance with HIQA standards NMBI guidelines and company policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with residents families GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
Previous management or supervisory experience
Strong leadership communication and organisational skills
Genuine interest in caring for older persons
Experience and/or qualification in Care of the Elderly
Successful Garda Síochána Vetting clearance
