Job Summary
We are delighted to be hiring on behalf of our client a leading professional services firm who are seeking an experienced Bids Executive to join their Business Development & Marketing team on a maternity leave contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and commercially minded professional to support the end-to-end preparation and submission of high-quality bids and tenders during this fixed-term period.
- Maternity leave contract covering a temporary absence
- Support high-value tenders and proposals across multiple sectors

- Prepare and coordinate tender and bid submissions ensuring high-quality compelling content
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and partners to gather input for submissions
- Maintain a centralised content library to streamline future bids
- Monitor tender portals identify opportunities and assess suitability
- Ensure all submissions meet deadlines and comply with required formats
- Support reporting and post-submission analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the wider Marketing and Business Development team
- Assist junior team members and provide guidance on bid best practice
- Previous experience in a Bids Tenders or Proposal Management role
- Strong understanding of tender processes and best practice
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
- Commercially minded with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders
- Proactive detail-oriented and collaborative approach
