Job Responsibilities

This position will drive the successful delivery of innovative digital products within a fast-paced technology this role you will oversee the complete project delivery lifecycle ensuring cross-functional teams remain aligned milestones are achieved and strategic objectives are delivered on time and with high quality.

• Working closely with executive leadership product managers and engineering teams you will play a critical role in planning execution stakeholder communication and continuous delivery improvement.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects from project planning through final implementation and stakeholder sign-off.
• Develop realistic project plans timelines and resource strategies that align with business and technical priorities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives and progress reviews to maintain delivery momentum.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of internal engineers external vendors contractors and freelance specialists to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Define project scope deliverables milestones and acceptance criteria in partnership with Product and Engineering leaders.
• Monitor project progress proactively identify risks dependencies and potential roadblocks and implement mitigation plans to minimize delivery impact.
• Provide regular project status updates and recommendations to senior leadership ensuring transparency throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Drive accountability across teams while fostering a collaborative results-oriented project environment.
• Continuously improve project management processes delivery frameworks and operational efficiency to support business growth.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience delivering software or digital products including at least 3 years in a Project Manager Program Manager Delivery Manager or similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects across multiple concurrent workstreams within Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) with hands-on experience using project management tools such as Jira Linear or equivalent platforms.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders including internal engineering teams external vendors contractors and freelance specialists.
• Excellent project planning risk management stakeholder management communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Experience working in technology-driven industries such as e-commerce digital platforms messaging solutions conversational AI or other software product environments is highly preferred.
• Exposure to AI machine learning data-driven products or AI-assisted software development workflows will be considered an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent project management certifications are highly desirable.
