Talent Acquisition Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People team. The intern will assist in the full recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to supporting employer branding initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and human resources operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Share job posts and promote them on social media at the perfect times to expand our candidate pool!
• Assist in screening CVs and creating shortlists for intern positions.
• Help conduct the online HR interview rounds for intern and junior levels.
• Coordinate interviews with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
• Participate in exciting career fairs recruitment events and networking activities!
• Assist the line manager with various tasks as needed.

• Final semester University student in HR Business English or other related fields
• Passionate about Human Resources
• Proficiency in English
• Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
• Strong in utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn Facebook etc.) to drive networking and candidate pool development.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills.
