System Administrator

Were looking for a proactive and hands-on System Administrator to keep our IT infrastructure running securely efficiently and this role youll manage both on-premises and cloud environments maintain critical systems and networks troubleshoot infrastructure issues and help drive technology improvements that support our growing business.

What Youll Do

• Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers virtualization platforms cloud infrastructure storage and enterprise systems.
• Administer core IT services including Active Directory DNS DHCP email VPN firewalls and network infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and provide advanced technical support to ensure high availability.
• Perform system upgrades patching backups disaster recovery testing and infrastructure maintenance.
• Maintain technical documentation IT assets and coordinate with technology vendors.
• Participate in infrastructure projects including deployments migrations and technology enhancements.
• Support ISO 27001 and Information Security Management System (ISMS) initiatives by implementing secure infrastructure and maintaining compliance.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve performance security automation and operational efficiency.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
• 35 years of experience as a System Administrator Infrastructure Engineer or a similar IT Infrastructure role.
  
• Strong experience managing Windows and/or Linux servers virtualization platforms (VMware Proxmox or similar) and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory Group Policy DNS DHCP VPN firewalls backup solutions and enterprise networking.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure security system hardening backup & disaster recovery and infrastructure monitoring.
• Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell Bash or Python) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 IT security best practices or compliance frameworks is an advantage.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator RHCSA/RHCE VMware VCP CompTIA Server/Network or CCNA are a plus.
• Willing to participate in scheduled maintenance and provide after-hours support when required.
• Comfortable working under an initial 6-month employment contract with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.
