Job Summary
Qualifications:
- Minimum D3 in Engineering preferably Petroleum Metallurgy Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry or exploration activities particularly in Quality Control of materials Piping & Surface Equipment Construction and Structural works. Field experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge and experience in inspection and Quality Control methods including NDT/NDE.
- Familiar with API 6A API 5L API 598 API 2B API 520 API 527 ANSI/ASME/ASTM standards related to materials piping and pressure vessels.
- Good understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant Quality Assurance standards.
- Knowledge of construction material specifications is highly preferred.
- Hold ASNT Level II (or equivalent) certifications in Radiographic Testing (RT) Ultrasonic Testing (UT) MPI and DPT.
- Hold a valid Welding Inspector certification.
- Able and willing to work in remote areas.
- Able to pass a Jaeger near-vision test.
- Good command of English both verbal and written.
- Strong professional and good interpersonal skills.
