The role

As a Supply Chain Manager you will play a key role in building and managing supply chain capability across a complex and fast-growing international environment. You will lead the development of local sourcing procurement and logistics strategies ensuring that supply chain activities support programme delivery operational performance and long-term growth.

Day-to-day youll be required to:

• Developing and delivering supply chain strategies aligned to business growth and operational needs
• Managing supplier identification onboarding and performance across goods and services
• Leading sourcing activities including requests for quotation negotiations and award recommendations
• Coordinating logistics warehousing customs processes and material flow
• Collaborating with engineering delivery and commercial teams to support bid and execution planning

This role is based at Jakarta Indonesia.

Essential experience of the Supply Chain Manager:

• Demonstrating experience in supply chain procurement or logistics leadership roles
• Managing supplier relationships performance and qualification processes
• Leading sourcing activities and negotiations within structured procurement environments
• Working within industrial sectors such as defence maritime engineering or manufacturing
• Applying knowledge of local supply markets logistics and import or export considerations

Qualifications for the Supply Chain Manager:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Procurement Business Engineering Logistics or a related discipline
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
