a. Bachelors degree (S1) minimum 10 years of experience

b. Proven experience in similar roles related to high-rise building construction and healthcare facility projects

c. Possess SKA/SBU (Professional Certification/Business Unit Certification) in the relevant field of expertise

d. Full-time commitment on project as Structural Specialist/Engineer

• Design & Analysis: Develop and review structural designs for high-rise buildings and healthcare facilities in compliance with applicable codes and standards

• Quality Assurance: Conduct structural inspections testing and quality control to ensure construction meets design specifications and safety requirements

• Documentation: Prepare technical reports calculations and structural drawings; maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Coordination: Collaborate with architects contractors and other disciplines to resolve structural issues and optimize construction methods

• Compliance: Ensure all structural work adheres to Indonesian building codes (SNI) international standards and project specifications

• Problem-Solving: Identify and provide solutions for structural challenges during construction phases

• Supervision: Oversee structural work execution and provide technical guidance to construction teams on-site
