Get to Know the Role

As the Strategy & Planning Assistant Managerwithin the ID Omnicommerce team you will drive overall financial governance P&L management forecasting and strategic growth for the business this position you will also oversee strategic projects and play a key role in coordination with your team both within and outside Omnicommerce to ensure seamless implementation of growth initiatives. This role demands a strong balance of financial acumen operational planning and commercial strategy to scale high-value portfolios while driving path-to-profitability initiatives. You will report to the Strategy & Planning Omnicommerce Manager and be based onsite in Grabs Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Lead Budget Planning & Forecasting: execute budgeting and weekly forecasts cascade targets into segment Sales and territory budgets and drive actions to stay on target.
• Own Strategic Project: Lead the end-to-end operational execution of strategic project to expand merchant selection and improve margins covering commercial setup purchasing operations financial processes performance monitoring and risk mitigation.
• Oversee Enterprise segment &Bank Partnership Strategy: Drive Omni adoption among Enterprise Mex through tailored commercial and product solutions while scaling bank partnerships.
• Drive Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitors and market trends to identify gaps and provide actionable insights for management strategy.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Min. 35 years of relevant experience in the startup or technology industry.
• Solid P&L management and financial modeling experience with a track record of improving profitability and forecast accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to translating complex analyses into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with proven ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills with experience developing clear management-ready decks and recommendations.
• SQL proficiency is required for data analysis and decision-making.
