Join the Strategy and Planning team at Grab the team responsible for driving holistic business health across the GrabFood platform. We dont just own demand; we cover the full picture: supply reliability merchant performance and competitive intelligence across the markets we operate in.

Working alongside Commercial Operations and Central Strategy we are the analytical backbone that keeps the GrabFood business sharp tracking performance diagnosing gaps benchmarking against competition and translating insights into decisions that move the business. If you want to understand how a food delivery platform truly works end to end this is the team.

Get to Know the Role

You will report to the GrabFood S&P Region Lead and co-own the GrabFood business for your managed region alongside Region Operations and Commercial teams. You will work closely with the Central S&P team to translate strategic direction into on-the-ground execution and equally to surface the insights and risks from your region back to leadership before they become problems.

This is a highly collaborative role that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will be expected to travel to your managed region regularly for stakeholder collaboration and market visits. You will be based fully onsite from Jakartas office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Monitor and evaluate business & financial performance across key metrics identify deviations and providing data-driven recommendations to address them
• Drive demand-side analysis to support growth strategies covering promotional effectiveness campaign design and user analysis
• Track and diagnose supply-side health collaborating with operations and marketplace team to surface friction points and support marketplace efficiency
• Maintain competitive and market intelligence to identify opportunities and inform strategic positioning within the Online Food Delivery landscape
• Translate strategic direction into region-level action plans aligning with cross-functional teams to drive execution
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders synthesizing complex analysis into actionable insights
