The role

As a Strategic Solutions Architect youll have a role thats out of the ordinary. Youll be at the forefront of shaping complex high-impact solutions that support defence aerospace and engineering programmes. Acting as the bridge between customer requirements and engineering delivery youll translate needs into practical sustainable and commercially viable solutions.

Day-to-day youll be required to:

• Leading solution discovery activities with customers partners and internal stakeholders
• Translating operational requirements into structured technical solutions operating models and service propositions
• Supporting bid development through compelling technical proposals win themes and solution narratives
• Collaborating with engineering delivery and commercial teams to ensure feasibility and integration
• Presenting solutions in customer workshops technical briefings and bid defence discussions

This role is based at Jakarta Indonesia.

Essential experience of the Strategic Solutions Architect

• Demonstrating experience in solution architecture systems engineering or complex technical bid environments
• Working within defence aerospace engineering or other complex technical sectors
• Translating customer needs into practical deliverable and commercially sound solutions
• Communicating effectively through technical writing presentations and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborating across multidisciplinary teams in a structured and solution-focused way

Qualifications for the Strategic Solutions Architect

• Degree in Engineering Systems Engineering Naval Architecture Marine Engineering Electronics Information Technology or a related discipline
