Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a leading international architecture and design consultancy

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects across all project phases.
• Coordinate with internal teams consultants and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review and oversee design quality technical documentation and project deliverables.
• Provide design direction and technical guidance to junior architects and project team members.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements applicable regulations and industry standards.
• Manage project schedules resources and priorities to achieve timely delivery.
• Participate in client meetings presentations and design reviews.
• Identify project risks and propose practical solutions to maintain project progress.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in design processes documentation standards and team collaboration.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in an architectural practice design consultancy or related environment.
• Proven experience leading architectural teams and coordinating multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong design technical detailing and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD Rhino SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite and rendering software.
• Solid understanding of construction documentation detailing and project delivery processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
