Sr Business Analyst IT

• Partner with business teams to understand analyze and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT solutions.
• Collaborate with developers QA teams and stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Support system implementation testing user acceptance and deployment.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology.
• Facilitate workshops meetings and cross-functional communication.
• Lead or support IT enhancement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 46 years of experience in IT Business Analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Familiar with project methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is a plus.
• Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage.
