Solutions Engineer

Geekhunter is recruiting for our client a South Korean fintech company specializing in digital banking infrastructure and B2B financial technology solutions.

Job Description

• Design system integration solutions and architecture based on the company's digital banking framework.
• Prepare technical documentation including Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) sequence diagrams workflow diagrams and API specifications.
• Lead technical discussions and documentation reviews with banking clients business partners and third-party vendors.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and integration approaches.
• Support technical presales activities solution presentations and discussions with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with development infrastructure and security teams at the company's South Korean headquarters to resolve technical issues.
• Support API integration testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) production readiness and go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues through log analysis SQL queries and system investigations.
• Provide technical support and serve as the first point of escalation for client-related technical issues.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering Solutions Architecture Backend Engineering or System Integration.
• Experience in the banking fintech or payment industries is preferred.
• Strong understanding of system architecture REST APIs OAuth 2.0 webhooks and digital signatures.
• Proven experience preparing ERDs sequence diagrams and API documentation.
• Proficiency in SQL and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with Indonesia's SNAP API standards Virtual Accounts or BI-FAST is an advantage.
