Site Support Engineer

We are seeking a Site Support Engineer to provide technical support for conveyor systems and materials handling equipment at customer this role you will work closely with customers sales and operations teams to deliver practical engineering solutions optimize equipment performance and support business growth through technical expertise.

What youll do

• Provide technical support for conveyor components and materials handling systems.
• Conduct site inspections equipment assessments and root cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Recommend suitable products and engineering solutions based on customer operational requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Support business development activities by providing technical expertise during customer engagements.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and HSE
• Prepare technical reports and present findings and recommendations to customers and internal teams.

What youll bring

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Mining or Materials Engineering. Candidates from other educational backgrounds with relevant mining or conveyor industry experience are also encouraged to apply.
• 2-3years experiencein Mining Materials Handling or Heavy Industry Environments preferably in a site-based role
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyor systems conveyor components and materials handling equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a remote mining site environment.
