What You Will Contribute:

As a Server you will deliver friendly efficient and attentive service to every guest while ensuring a seamless dining experience from order placement to food delivery. You will represent the Koeta Rice Bowls brand by providing excellent customer service maintaining outlet cleanliness and supporting smooth daily operations.

What You Will Do:

• Welcome guests warmly provide menu recommendations and assist with food and beverage selections.

• Take customer orders accurately using the POS system and ensure orders are communicated correctly to the kitchen.

• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation and service standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area service stations and customer facilities throughout the day.

• Support opening and closing procedures including table setup cleaning and restocking operational supplies.

• Assist in handling guest requests feedback and basic complaints professionally escalating issues when necessary.

• Promote menu items seasonal offerings and upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.

• Perform other operational duties assigned by the Outlet Manager to support smooth outlet operations.

Who Were Looking For:

• Minimum 12 years of experience as a Server Waiter/Waitress or Food & Beverage Service Staff in a restaurant café or hospitality environment is preferred.

• Basic understanding of customer service restaurant operations POS systems and food safety standards.

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication skills preferred.

• Friendly energetic well-groomed and service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

• Honest disciplined detail-oriented and able to work effectively as part of a team.

• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and service quality during daily operations.

• Positive attitude willingness to learn and commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.

• Passionate about hospitality and committed to representing the Koeta Rice Bowls brand through outstanding service and professionalism.
