SEO & Website Supervisor

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a leading BPOM-certified cosmetics contract manufacturing company specializing in OEM/ODM and private label skincare body care and beauty products. The company partners with local and international beauty brands to develop high-quality cosmetic products with end-to-end manufacturing solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute On-Page Off-Page Technical SEO and AI Optimization (AIO/GEO) strategies to improve organic rankings and B2B lead generation.
Manage and optimize company website performance UX responsiveness and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Conduct keyword research competitor analysis and develop SEO-driven content strategies for high-intent B2B manufacturing keywords.
Implement schema markup internal linking and technical SEO improvements to support search engine and AI platform visibility.
Monitor website and SEO performance using GA4 Google Search Console Ahrefs SEMrush and provide regular KPI reports.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in SEO with at least 1–2 years in Supervisor Senior or Team Lead level.
Strong technical SEO knowledge including HTML/CSS schema markup GA4 Google Search Console Ahrefs or SEMrush.
Advanced experience managing WordPress (Elementor/Divi) or Webflow websites.
Strong understanding of AI-driven search modern SEO trends and content optimization strategies.
Analytical organized and capable of managing content writers or designers.
Willing to work in Jakarta Indonesia.
