Our Opportunity

We are seeking expressions of interest from Senior Structural Engineers to join our growing Jakarta team.

In this role you will contribute to a variety of urban design infrastructure and development projects across Indonesia. Working within a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment youll play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions while mentoring team members and building strong client relationships.

In this role you will :

Structural Engineering

• Lead the structural design and delivery of projects including high-rise buildings warehouses industrial facilities data centres and other building developments.

• Prepare structural analysis calculations technical reports specifications and design documentation in accordance with applicable codes and standards.

• Review and check engineering calculations drawings and documentation prepared by junior engineers and drafters.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers while ensuring high-quality project delivery.

• Prepare technical submissions and other project-related deliverables as required.

• Support construction activities by responding to RFIs reviewing shop drawings assessing design changes and conducting site inspections when required.

• Apply a deep understanding of engineering principles to devise and deliver practical and economical solutions to problems.

Project Delivery

• Coordinate with clients architects contractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage project schedules deliverables and priorities to meet client expectations and project deadlines.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations design standards quality management systems and workplace health and safety requirements.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the successful delivery and commercial performance of projects.

Who are we looking for

• Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• 58 years of relevant experience in structural engineering preferably within an engineering consultancy.

• Proven experience in the structural design and delivery of high-rise buildings warehouses industrial facilities data centres and other building developments.

• Strong knowledge of structural design principles and relevant Indonesian (SNI) and/or international standards.

• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS SAP2000 SPACE GASS RAM Structural System and/or RAPT.

• Experience in reinforced concrete and steel structural design; timber design experience is an advantage.

• Strong experience in structural analysis design calculations technical reporting and preparation of engineering documentation.

• Professional certification or membership with HAKI or an equivalent professional institution is highly regarded.

• Ability to interpret and communicate information of a more complex nature.
